Adopt Me has two ways to redeem codes, depending on the type of code you have:
Redeem event and promotional codes in-game.
Redeem toy and merchandise codes through Roblox.
Redeem event or promo codes in-game
For public promo drops or event rewards, head to the Redemption Kiosk in the Safety Hub near Agent Ruhi. Here’s the fastest way to get there:
Launch Adopt Me in Roblox.
Teleport to the Supermarket.
Go to the Safety Hub north of the Supermarket.
Find Agent Ruhi and the Redemption Kiosk.
Type the code exactly.
Claim the reward.
Teleport to the Supermarket by opening the backpack -> Select the burger icon -> Get More The iconic Safety Hub Agent Ruhi next to the Redemption Kiosk Redeem toy codes through Roblox Official toy and merchandise codes must be redeemed through Roblox in a web browser. They can’t be redeemed at the in-game Redemption Kiosk.
Copy the code.
Open the Roblox redemption page.
Log in.
Redeem the code.
Check your Adopt Me inventory.
