Story and Background: Who is Cyrene in Honkai Star Rail?

Cyrene is a daughter of Aedes Elysiae and a Chrysos Heir, and the duty she carries is sowing the Seed of Memory for the future of Amphoreus. That places her among the small group of Heirs the Amphoreus arc follows, each one carrying a burden tied to the world’s survival rather than a personal quest.
