Stick It to the Stickman needs at least an Intel Core i7-6700 / AMD Ryzen 5 1500X processor, 8 GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti / Radeon RX 570 / Arc A380 graphics card, on Windows 10 x64 Bit.
