Outlast needs at least a processor listed as “2.2 GHz Dual Core CPU”, 2 GB of RAM and a graphics card listed as “512 MB NVIDIA GeForce 9800GTX / ATI Radeon HD 3xxx series”, on Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 - 64 bits *.
For the recommended settings: a processor listed as “2.8 GHz Quad Core CPU”, 3 GB of RAM and a graphics card listed as “1GB NVIDIA GTX 460 / ATI Radeon HD 6850 or better”. It takes 5 GB of storage.
