Cerydra's Confirmed Kit in Honkai: Star Rail
Cerydra is a 5-star Wind Harmony support in Honkai: Star Rail. See her confirmed release, Skill-copying kit, Light Cone, build and Eidolons.
Cerydra is no longer an upcoming leaked character. She was released in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.5 as a limited 5-star Wind character on the Path of Harmony, with her Character Event Warp beginning on September 2, 2025.
Her confirmed role matches the central idea behind the early information: Cerydra selects one ally, improves that character's offensive performance and builds Charge until the ally can trigger Coup de Main, repeating a Skill with additional bonuses. She is therefore strongest with damage dealers whose Skills deliver a large share of their total damage.
As of October 7, 2026, the release details, kit and build below reflect her live version in the game.
Cerydra release status at a glance
| Detail | Confirmed information |
|---|---|
| Rarity | 5-star |
| Path | Harmony |
| Combat Type | Wind |
| Faction | Amphoreus |
| Debut version | Version 3.5, Before Their Deaths |
| Event Warp start | September 2, 2025 |
| Main role | Single-ally Skill support |
| Signature mechanic | Military Merit, Peerage and Coup de Main |
| Signature Light Cone | Epoch Etched in Golden Blood |
HoYoverse introduced Cerydra as a support who lets an ally use Skills twice consecutively. She increases one ally’s ATK and Speed while accumulating Charge. Once the required Charge is reached, the supported character gains a stronger state and can use a Skill an additional time with increased CRIT DMG and All-Type RES PEN.
What changed from the Cerydra leaks?
The early article identified the broad shape of Cerydra’s kit correctly, but several names and values were not final.
The most important corrections are:
- Cerydra was released in Version 3.5 rather than remaining an upcoming character.
- The finalized signature Light Cone is Epoch Etched in Golden Blood, not “Era Engraved By Golden Blood.”
- The upgraded support state is called Peerage in the finalized English kit.
- Final Eidolon names and values differ from some prerelease descriptions.
- Material totals and build details should be taken from the released character data rather than old leak calculations.
The comparison to other Amphoreus support characters may still help players understand the roster, but Cerydra’s specific value comes from repeating an ally’s Skill rather than providing broad teamwide support.
How Cerydra’s kit works
Cerydra places Military Merit on one selected ally. The supported character receives offensive benefits, while actions build Cerydra’s Charge.
When Charge reaches the required threshold, Military Merit upgrades to Peerage. The upgraded state improves the ally’s Skill performance and enables Coup de Main when that ally uses a Skill against an enemy.
Coup de Main effectively repeats the supported Skill. This is not equally valuable for every damage dealer. Cerydra gains the most when one Skill represents a major burst of damage, an important enhanced action or a key part of a character’s rotation.
Basic ATK
Cerydra’s Basic ATK deals Wind damage to one enemy. It is not the centre of her support role and is mainly used when the team needs to conserve Skill Points.
Skill
Cerydra’s Skill selects one ally and grants Military Merit. The Skill also contributes Charge and establishes which teammate receives her support.
Only the current Military Merit target benefits from the core effect. Moving the support to another character changes the focus of the rotation, so Cerydra works best in teams with one clear Skill-based carry.
Ultimate
Cerydra’s Ultimate gains Charge and deals Wind damage to all enemies. If no ally currently has Military Merit, the Ultimate prioritizes granting the effect to the first character in the team order.
Because the Ultimate contributes Charge, it helps move the supported ally toward Peerage and the next Coup de Main. It should be considered part of Cerydra’s support cycle rather than only a source of personal damage.
Talent and Coup de Main
Cerydra’s Talent connects Military Merit, Charge and Peerage. The supported ally increases Cerydra’s Charge through eligible actions. At the required amount, the ally enters Peerage and can trigger Coup de Main through a Skill used against an enemy.
The payoff is strongest when the copied Skill is itself valuable. A character whose damage is distributed evenly across Basic ATKs, follow-up attacks, summons or other sources may receive less benefit than a carry built around one powerful Skill.
Who benefits most from Cerydra?
Cerydra is designed for Skill-focused damage dealers. Her ideal partner has a Skill worth repeating and enough team support to maintain a functional rotation around that carry.
Phainon
Phainon was one of the earliest characters associated with Cerydra because his high-impact actions can make strong use of Coup de Main. Cerydra’s single-target support suits a hypercarry structure in which the rest of the team is organized around one damage dealer.
Anaxa
Anaxa is another natural partner when the team is built around maximizing repeated Skill damage. Cerydra can concentrate her buffs and Skill-copying mechanic on Anaxa while the other slots provide action support, amplification or sustain.
Other Skill-based carries
Other damage dealers can work when their Skills are a major part of their output, but the team should be judged by the value of the copied Skill rather than by Path or element alone.
Before committing resources, ask:
- Does the carry use a damaging Skill against enemies?
- Is repeating that Skill more valuable than using a broader support?
- Can the team maintain Skill Points?
- Does the rotation keep Military Merit on one main target?
- Are the other teammates adding useful amplification or action economy?
Cerydra is less attractive when a carry’s damage mainly comes from follow-up attacks, passive summons, Ultimates or Basic ATKs that Coup de Main does not meaningfully improve.
Cerydra’s signature Light Cone
Cerydra’s signature Light Cone is Epoch Etched in Golden Blood.
At Superimposition 1, its released effect:
- Increases the wearer’s ATK
- Recovers one Skill Point after the wearer uses an attacking Ultimate
- Increases the Skill DMG dealt by an ally targeted by the wearer’s Skill for three turns
The Light Cone fits Cerydra’s role directly. Her buffs and kit scale with ATK, her Ultimate is part of the Charge cycle, and her Skill is already used on the team’s main carry.
The Skill Point recovery is also useful because a Skill-focused carry may consume points frequently. However, Cerydra’s basic support function remains part of her character kit; the signature cone improves the package rather than creating Coup de Main.
Cerydra build priorities
Cerydra is a support first. Build choices should help her maintain buffs, reach her Ultimate reliably and provide enough ATK for the parts of her kit that scale from it.
Main stats
A practical starting point is:
- Body: ATK%
- Boots: SPD
- Planar Sphere: ATK%
- Link Rope: Energy Regeneration Rate
Substats should prioritize:
- SPD
- ATK%
- Defensive stats needed to survive
Exact speed tuning depends on the carry and the rest of the team. Cerydra should act often enough to maintain her support cycle without disrupting other action-order requirements.
Relic options
Sacerdos’ Relived Ordeal is a natural support set when Cerydra’s Skill is repeatedly used on one ally. Its Speed and ally-focused CRIT DMG support fit her role.
Eagle of Twilight Line can be considered when its action-advance effect after the Ultimate improves a specific rotation, although its Wind DMG bonus is not the main reason to use it.
For Planar Ornaments, Lushaka, the Sunken Seas supports Energy Regeneration and can increase the first character’s ATK when Cerydra is placed outside the first team slot. Position the intended carry accordingly when using that set.
Do not replace a complete, well-rolled support setup merely to force a recommended set with poor Speed and ATK substats.
Cerydra Light Cone alternatives
But the Battle Isn’t Over
But the Battle Isn’t Over provides Energy Regeneration, Skill Point utility and a damage bonus for the next acting ally. It can work well when the action order consistently places the intended damage dealer after Cerydra.
The limitation is positioning: if another character acts next, the damage bonus may not reach the intended carry. Speed tuning matters more here than with a simple unconditional stat cone.
Other Harmony options
A non-signature option should be evaluated by whether it supports Cerydra’s actual rotation. Useful traits include:
- ATK for her scaling
- Energy Regeneration
- Skill Point support
- A reliable damage bonus for the selected carry
- Speed or action-order utility that does not disrupt the team
Avoid choosing a Light Cone only because it is a high rarity. A lower-rarity option with a usable passive can perform better than a five-star cone whose effect does not reach Cerydra’s supported ally.
Cerydra team structure
A normal Cerydra team contains:
- One Skill-focused main damage dealer
- Cerydra
- One additional amplifier or action-support character
- One sustain character
Phainon hypercarry structure
A Phainon team can use Cerydra as the specialist support, with the remaining slots providing action economy, amplification and survivability. The exact combination depends on available characters and whether Skill Points remain sustainable.
Anaxa hypercarry structure
An Anaxa team follows a similar pattern: Cerydra focuses Military Merit on Anaxa, while another support expands the damage window or improves turn flow. A sustain unit completes the team.
Skill Point management
Cerydra teams can become Skill Point intensive. The main carry wants to use Skills, Cerydra needs her Skill to establish support, and an additional support may also consume points.
When choosing the other two teammates, consider:
- Whether the sustain can operate without using a Skill every turn
- Whether the second support creates or consumes Skill Points
- Whether action advance causes the carry to spend points faster
- Whether Cerydra’s signature Light Cone contributes enough Skill Point recovery to change the rotation
A theoretically strong combination can feel inconsistent if the team cannot afford the actions it is designed to repeat.
Cerydra Eidolons explained
E1: Seize the Crowns of All
E1 improves the supported ally’s ability to ignore enemy DEF. Peerage provides an additional DEF ignore effect for Skill damage. Cerydra’s Skill also restores Energy to its selected target.
This Eidolon strengthens both the carry’s damage and the immediate value of choosing that ally as the Military Merit target.
E2: Forge the Dreams of Many
E2 increases the damage dealt by the character with Military Merit. It also increases Cerydra’s own damage while a teammate has Military Merit.
E2 is the clearest early general damage upgrade, but it does not fundamentally change which carries can use Coup de Main. Players should prioritize building Cerydra and her team before assuming that Eidolons are necessary.
E3 and E5
E3 increases Skill and Basic ATK levels. E5 increases Ultimate and Talent levels. Both improve existing values without changing the central rotation.
E4: Remake the Realms of Men
E4 greatly increases Cerydra’s Ultimate damage multiplier. It improves her personal contribution but does not replace the ally-focused purpose of her kit.
E6: Help and Hurt Repaid in Full
E6 grants All-Type RES PEN to the Military Merit target and adds another instance of Wind damage after eligible ally attacks. It also gives Cerydra All-Type RES PEN while the supported ally is present.
This is a major luxury upgrade rather than a requirement for her support role.
Is Cerydra worth building?
Cerydra is worth building if the account uses a carry whose Skill is important enough to repeat. She is more specialized than a broad Harmony support, which makes the answer dependent on the roster.
Build Cerydra when:
- Phainon, Anaxa or another Skill-focused carry is central to the account
- The team can maintain Skill Points
- A second support or sustain complements the carry’s rotation
- Repeating one high-value Skill is more useful than applying a teamwide buff
Cerydra may be a lower priority when:
- The main damage dealer relies mostly on follow-up attacks, Basic ATKs or an Ultimate
- The team cannot support frequent Skill use
- A broader support improves several damage sources at once
- The account needs sustain or a primary damage dealer more urgently

Cerydra release timeline
Cerydra was introduced as one of Amphoreus’s Chrysos Heirs before her playable release. Version 3.5, Before Their Deaths, launched on August 13, 2025 and added Cerydra as a new Wind Harmony character.
Her Character Event Warp began on September 2, 2025 at server time. That means old references to “Cerydra leaks” or an upcoming Version 3.5 release are now historical, not current character information.
Players checking rerun availability should use the current in-game Warp schedule or official HoYoverse announcements rather than the original debut dates.
